I've recently installed Sky go on a new Samsung S9 tablet. I'm trying to watch a live sports program on my device. I'm getting an error message saying 'External display output is blocked'. I have switched off the connection to Sky Q and reinstalled the app, but still getting the same message. I have no problem either on my android phone or my windows laptop. Can anyone advise please.

I take it your tablet isn't connected to anything like your TV itself via a cable ?
