Sky Go Error code 0.01

Have got a new phone and now sky go wont work.  Keep getting Error code 0.01.  Have read through other threads and tried deleting, reinstalling etc but still wont work.  We have the all singing all dancing subscription so its not a matter of trying to watch a channel we are not subscribed to.

We have multiscreen and I can watch on a different phone and iPad without any issue.  Issue is with a household member changing their phone to the Samsung S24 Ultra.

Have you made sure that Samsung Dex is turned off on the phone ?

No I haven't but will try that as soon as they get home. Thank you
