Sky Go Error Codes 50-1 and 91-1

Following years of no issues of watching SkyGo on my iPad, I am now getting error codes 91-1 and 50-2. If I delete the app and reload then it works the first time of using and then the error codes come back. Very frustrating! Going on holiday in 2 days and want to download films etc for the kids.

When you see the 91-1 error is it when watching live TV or if you are trying to download content to the app itself ?

When I try and download something. I can't watch anything as the other error code appears when I try to!

To download content you need Sky Go Extra on your account so do you have this ?

Yes I do, I've never had an issue before and both of these error codes seem to have appeared at the same time.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Having the exact same 91-1 error when trying to watch downloaded content. What was the resolution to this?

What is the fix? Tried restarting, reinstalling nothing works. I have sky go subscription

I have exactly the same problem, I've happily streamed on Sky Go for years and all of a sudden I'm getting these error codes.  I'm able to stream the first programme after deleting and reloading the app but then I get the error messaged again the following day.  What was the solution to @Rat1010 problem?
