I have got a new laptop and I'm trying to install sky go. The installer works fine and the app installs but when I open it I am given the 001 error code.
I have tried checking windows defender but it's not blocked and have tried other suggestions of people having a similar issue yet nothing has worked so far.
My device meets the minimum requirements so it is not a hardwear issue either,
