Sky Go App not working

My Sky Go will not connect through WiFi but will through my mobile data. Keeps buffering on live Tv and downloading I have called Sky five times and was told it was a Sky Technical Issue, that was three weeks ago when it started, no call to update me on the status. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times as requested by Sky advisor, different devices to no avail.
