I have downloaded Sky Go onto my Windows 11 Laptop and when I open the application I only see a blue screen with a play button in the middle. It does not allow me to watch TV shows and Movies or allow me to navigate the app as it is stuck with a blue screen.
The laptop meets all of the minimum requirements from Sky as I've recently purchased an Dell XPS I7.
I've tried deleting the app and re downloading the app and I'm on the latest Windows 11 update and have restarted my laptop multiple times.
Please can someone help me?
