Several channels missing

Why are several channels coming up with This channel is currently affected by a problem with our satellite signal.for the price I am paying I would expect a better service.

Not able to get all the Apps I'm entitled to and not happy and thinking of leaving after 11 years

I'm not happy as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for  as I am supposed to be getting Netflix and other free channels I am not getting on. I am supposed to be a VIP but I will not be staying with you if I am not getting my money's worth

That's not a Sky Go issue.  Which Sky television platform do you have (Q, Glass or Stream) and what's happening when you try to access the Netflix app (it's not a 'free channel') ?
