How can sky justify this contract when my new SKY Q is a rubbish

We don't know why you were sent a replacement box. What issue do you have?

@gogsyboy71  Perhaps you could elaborate?

 

Why would Sky send a new Sky Q box just because you renewed your contract, what was wrong with the old box?

 

Is it possible you've been signed up to Sky Stream?  Is the new box a Small Square one rather than a large rectangular one?

 

Does the new box still use the 2 satellite cables?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Because my original box went faulty and SKY sent me another box to replace the original one that was faulty and this so called new box is actually made the problem 100% worse.....

 

When you have to reset the box everytime you go to watch TV, it not my idea of viewing my SKY subscription. I hope this is a satisfactory comment regarding your pathetic action to my problem
