SKYGO FPE 9012 on MacBook Resolved
Hi
I have had this issue on my Mac Book and reached out to tech support. The guy on the call tried to help but admitted he was a Windows expert and we failed to resolve the issue on the call.
I have just now resolved it myself by finding the hidden Cisco folder and deleting the contents of the sub folders and the folder itself.
As I am not overly familiar with MAC from a technical perspective , (I use Windows in my job), I used the following method from a google search:
To show hidden files on a Mac, you can use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + . (period) in Finder: Open Finder by clicking the Finder icon in the dock
Hope this helps you get the issue resolved.
Regs,
Cky

MacintoshHD > Users > *Your account* > .synamedia > VideoGuard
I deleted this whole folder, re-installed SkyGo and it is now working.
