I have various devices that work with Sky Go and am able to watch recordings via Sky Go. However, I am trying to find an answer to why I am unable to watch recordings with a newxdevice "Redmi Pad SE as the recordings tab in Sky Go is not there.
All devices are connected to the same network, have rebooted and reinstalled the App and whilst I can watch live, set recordings and download programmes, the recordings tab will not show through Sky Go App. When opening Sky Go, it always asks to connect to Sky Q box every time, but never shows a green connected line like all other devices do automatically.
Have contacted Sky but no solutions offered apart from saying that as it is a Xiaomi device, it possibly means the tablet needs fully unlocking but we have two Xiaomi phones that work fine.
