Recordings on sky go

Right. Sky go recordings on my iPad  where working fine until a few days ago, now the tab has disappeared. Have reset box re downloaded app and nothing. Sky is to dear to let this one go unresolved. Not a happy customer

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub and also your iPad at the same time. Other than that do you still have multscreen on your account
