Recordings not showing

Just started having problems with sky go, recordings from q box not showing, also can't find q box. All settings checked etc, turned off and deleted and downloaded app. Still no succcess

Try rebooting your Sky Q box at the mains, so leave it off for a few minutes then power it back up and when it has fimished loading try again to see if the app will find your recordings.

Done that......still no good😔

And what about your broadband router, have you rebooted this ?
