wrong itv region

Has anyone had an answer yet to why ch103 on sky go is itv London and not the local itv?  It was fine until it suddenly changed earlier this year.

The guide even says my local region and there is a picture of my local programme presenters. 

6 pm is just the time when it would be really helpful to be able to watch my own region in another room.
