Hi. I have used my tablet with skygo in the past but now it's coming up with an error message 50-2...no idea what that means. It's suggesting that I need to upgrade to the Chanel's I'm trying to access or there are too many devices registered. Neither issue is true. I do have my VPN on… Could this be the problem?

It could be as Sky Go doesn't work with VPNs so see what happens when you turn it off.
