Hi, I'm using a (quite old but everything still works) MacBook. We've changed address and changed our details from my parents paying to me paying, but I'm still not being able to access the SkyGo that always worked. I wonder whether it's to do with our transition in terms of the account, but it's very difficult somehow to change it in the app? I don't know how?

What operating system is it running as it might be that the reason for it not working is that the OS is now to old for the app.

I have a 2013 MacBook it also was working now I look at the app and there is nowhere to login

My MacBook is 2015 era and my system is Monterey (version 12.7.6). It's worked with SkyGo until about a year ago, when I started paying for Sky instead of my parents and we moved house?
