I have also got the same issue, my device works, but I can't use on any other devices

What device is it work on and what is it not working on ?

It is an android device, one of the more obscure ones, I can't remember the make, think it began with with an X!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
