I do have multi screen and I can't even get the Recordings in the navigation on Sky Go app with my laptop - after an issue with app Recordings would not open the Q sky box so deleted the app and re-installed with a fresh copy - but now no Recordings - worked for the first 3 years with sky - so what changed ??????

I take it your laptop and your Sky Q box are in the same network so have you tried a reboot of your Q box ?

Yes tried everything. Sky are useless and this sky community thing it keeps promoting and sending me too isn't much better I don't know why sky rely on it. It was weeks ago I posted.

I've been having the same problem, couldnt see any of my recordings on my mac.... just reinstalled and the option for recordings isnt even there anymore?!?! Whats going on?

Yes my laptop and Q box are on the same network and yes i've followed all the resets sugested by sky Q box  reset Wifi box reset laptop resets and reinstalls etc....
