Can’t stream sky sports on sky go app using mobile data

When I had sky glass about a year ago,I found that when I tried to watch sky sports on the app eg for red button games it said I didn't have the relevant subscription.this was a known gliche with sky glass so I went back to sky Q.does this same issue happen on sky stream? If no one has tried it could they check please? I don't mean sky go app,the actual sky sports app,thanks in advance

We are customers here so are you logged into the app with the correct details ?

If you want it checked you will need to call Sky.

Yes I entered the right details.what I'm asking is before I get sky stream.there's a forum post that said sky glass stopped customers logging into the sky sports app and watching live video.I'm asking if anyone experienced this with sky stream or does it work unlike it did with glass?

I'm a sky Q customer at the moment.thinking of getting sky stream.do you have sky stream? If so I'm just asking if the sky sports mobile app allows you to watch the live videos when logged in? Or does it say you do not have the relevant subscription? Thanks

If you are seeing an error message now then that needs to be looked into as it could still be present if you move to Sky Stream.

With Sky Stream itself you can use the app on a mobile device.

Well I've ordered it and at the moment the sky sports app lets me view live video where it didn't last year when I got glass.thanks for your help
