My Sky Go on WIndows 10 Laptop is not working. I have followed every troubleshooting suggestion on the wesbite and on SkyCommunity. When I run Sky Go app on the laptop the loading screen is there for about 30 seconds and then the app closes itself. I would appreciate any help @SkyHelp

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco folder is App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

I am having the same issue. It loads, checks for updates then closes. I have tried the Beta version and that is exactly the same.
Ruuning Win10 Pro on an i5 3.2GHz with 8GB RAM.
Does anyone know how to get it to work ?

Same problem here, tried the usual uninstall, delete folders, check for Cisco folder, reboot, reinstall, same problem. Repeat the above, tried beta version, same problem.
I managed to get it working yesterday. Launched it today selected a program to watch, got through the adverts then it just closed. Since then try to launch it, it says it is updating for ~20 seconds, that text disapears, ~10 seconds later it just closes, no error.

Hi - if you have Citrix Workspace installed on your PC and can unistall it, give that a go.

THIS WILL FIX 99% OF THE PEOPLE HAVING THIS PROBLEM ON WINDOWS 10/11 ON A LAPTOP
1. Completely shut don and restart the laptop
2. Right click on the Sky Go icon
3. Go to the bottom of the drpodown menuu to 'properties' and click on it.
4. Look along the tabs that appear for 'Compatibility' and click on it.
5. UNCHECK the little box that says Run this program in compatibility mode for:
6. Click on 'Apply' in the bottom corner.

Nothing suggested (Cisco, Citrix, Firewall, Administrator, Uninstall/reinstall) has worked and I still just get the blue screen with the white logo. Anybody got any other bright ideas?
SkyGo v23.5.10, Windows v10.0.19045
