I am getting a message saying "sorry something has gone wrong. This item has already been downloaded the maximum number of times". But it hasn't downloaded at all. This is for the first episode in a series. Episodes two and three have downloaded.
Any help gratefully received.

Really not helpful. You do not offer a live hat function yet seem to expect cusyto wait for several days for replies. Not impressed at all.
