Premier Sports 1 and 2

I have just signed up for SKY Sports extra package which includes TNT and Premier Sports 1 and 2.TNT working no problem but Premier Sports 1 and 2 telling me I need to UPGRADE MY SUBSCRIPTION which I have already paid for through SKY..I live in Ireland.This issue is on SKY GO.Any help appreciated.Thanks.
