I recently purchased products from Sky and was told over the phone by the sales rep that I would be able to log in straight away, but I would need to wait at least a day for my products to show on the account. However, when I access SkyGo to log in, I am able to get to the "enter postcode" screen where when I do, it states "An error occurred, please check the details or try again later". I have tried different variations of my postcode and nothing seems to be working.
