Playstation 5 sky go issue

Hi all,

My ps5 recently asked me to update the sky go app and when I did so it logged me out and I get this error message. I've logged out of the app on my phone and laptop and it has let me get back in but not on the ps5 for some reason. Anyone have any insights??

The error message is telling you what you need on your account as it appears that Sky are cracking down on this to make sure that customers like you have the correct subscriptions on place so are you are Sky Q or Sky Glass customer ?
