Picture quality keeps going every few minutes on sky tv. I thought it might have been the bad weather but it's continued for a few days now.

I have had the same issue - pciture keeps doing "mosaic" to the extent it is nearly unwatchable. If this doesn't improve I will just cancel my TV because what's the point?
Didn't have any issue with our basic smart TV.

We also have this problem, not every night but most. We have tried all remedies given by Sky but soon after it starts again! If there is an answer, that cures this, I would like to know. Being an old Virgin customer, this does not make Sky look good, may have to go back if all else fails.

I've noticed this too. I'm watching Netflix, via my SkyQ box, right now and it looks like SD not HD. Had to check my memebership to see if I'd been downgraded but it still shows Standard membership with 1080 definition.

Your basic smart TV isn't getting its signal via the satellite dish so wouldn't be affected by any issues with that.

I'm not using satellite I'm using sky puck so both use exactly the same WiFi in the same place.
