Password issue

I've forgotten my password but when I do the forgot password then go to my emails to get the code. Once I go back to the sky go page it starts at the first page again so I can't put the code in so have to do forgot password but again once I go off the sky page to get the email code I go back to sky page and it's back to the enter email page I don't know how I can resety password because of this. I hope this makes sense to someone pls help thanks

If you are logged out of the Sky Go app (I presume you are) then once you have reset it so you have applied a new one to your account you should now be able to login to the app from the home page if you do not see the login box.
