No Sky sports on Sky go

I have the full sky sports package with HD, also other packages, and Sky go extra.  I have been with Sky for 24 years, but in the past 2 months I have been unable to access sky sports channel 401 -409 on my iPad.  All other sky channels work fine, and the sky sports racing channel.  I have spent 3 hours on the phone to sky who pass me from one department to another.  Yesterday a lady said, if I waited 2 hours it would be working, it's not.  Has anyone ideas of what is going wrong please ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
