Hi ! I'm going crazy here. I thought my Netflix profiles would be transferred across ( children , husband's and mine) They appear on my phone but not on Sky App screen. When I go on the Netflix App on Sky it's a black screen and sound . I thought it was supposed to be a simple transition. I can't be doing with this . PLEASE someone help me . Thanks
