On Sky Q you add the Ultimate TV pack. 

On Sky Stream & Glass it's already included in Essential and Ultimate TV. 

If you're on a legacy Sky+ package then you can't have Netflix via Sky.

It will make difffrence on which TV service you have.

Do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass?

For Sky Q, you will need the Ultimate Tv pack. If you currently do not have the Ultimate Tv pack, you can add it from MySky, more details in link below. You will also need to activate your Netflix as also detailed in link below;

If you have Sky Stream/Glass with any Tv pack;

Netflix Standard with Ads comes included with your Sky TV package and will be part of your Sky Stram/Glass bill. Or you can upgrade to Netflix Standard or Netflix Premium at any time.

• Netflix Standard with Ads – Same as Standard but with ads.
• Netflix Standard – Watch on 2 devices at a time in full HD. Downloads on two devices.
• Netflix Premium – Watch on 4 devices at a time in Ultra HD. Downloads on six devices.

Got Netflix already? No problem. You can bring your profile with you and we'll switch this over for you, or you can create a new one. Reminder: You can only access the Netflix plan that is linked to your Sky account
