Suddenly,. although on my account it says that the laptop and ipad are registered, both devices are telling me that they need to be registered and will not allow my access to the programmes.
I have removed them through manage my devices and then try to watch or download but each time it tells me to register the devices but the account is showing them as registered.
I am going around in circles here as I cannot watch previous downloaded programmes either as the error is saying that they have expired although not according the the expiry date.

Unable to use the phone as I am deaf. is there a way to contact them using messaging or email.
