Manage my devices on skygo will not work

Trying to view my connected devices for skygo. When i click on manage my devices, I get a

message saying whoops, theres been an error. Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later

virtual assistant is of no help

any ideas?

Yes it loads up thanks. 

Although, when I try to delete a device, I get an error message again, so it isnt working properly!!

You should actually need to delete a device because if it is no longer used when needed the system will replace it with a new one you register if and when you do this.
