Logging on to a console

I have sky tv multiscreen, and other subscriptions, i watch sky go on my xbox but today it will not let me log in, keeps saying email / username or password is wrong but its not wrong, asks me to enter the letters shown on screen then goes back to the log in, any idea why i cant log into my xbox?

Does the same email/username and password work if logging into the Sky Go on another device like a phone or tablet ?

Hi, yes can watch sky go on phone, tablet and sons xbox, just not mine

For the console multiscreen or the whole home package along with Sky Go Extra is required on your account so do you have either of these ?

I have multiroom and sky go +, my son can watch my sky on his xbox, just wont let me log into my own xbox, it wont allow me to log in on the desktop app either, again says my email / password is wrong

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
