Issues logging into Skygo after update

I cannot log in to Skygo after console update. The sign in details and password are correct, however it then comes up with a message to accept terms and conditions for Skygo by going to sky.com, which when I go online onto my account there is no option to accept the terms and conditions. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Cant log into sky go on ps5

I am trying to log into sky go on a ps5... but it says I need to accept the terms and conditions,  went and looked at terms and conditions but there's no box to tick to accept them ... help please

If your issue is about accepting the terms and conditions then another member yesterday had the very same issue so I suggested installing the Sky Go app on another device and they could then do this there which then allowed them to use the app on their console.
