I have the same problem with my MacBook Air

I am trying to use Sky Sports on my MacBook Air but I am getting the error message PFE 9303. My misery is compounded by my being in hospital awaiting heart surgery.

Do you have a VPN installed because If so it will need disabling before Sky Go will work.
