Please help!
We have a number of Apple TV 4k devices which we use to stream Sky Go and other services. Up until yesterday everything worked perfectly, you could watch live TV and catchup TV with no problems at all.
However, yesterday they stopped working one by one, the app loads and it all looks fine, you can scroll through the options, and the icons and listings all update with the latest shows. The problem is, when you select a show to watch, it tries for a few seconds and then comes up with a streaming error. For live TV, this is error code 17c.01, for catch up this is error code 17d.
I have reset all of the network but no joy, and everything else works just fine. I can watch Netflix, Sky News and YouTube on the same devices and they are all fine... but SkyGo just won't work. I can also stream SkyGo from my Macbook and PC, just not the AppleTV devices.
I suspect that it might be an AppleTV or SkyGo app update... does anyone have any ideas? And if it is, has it introduced a setting that we need to change to make it work again?

Did you ever get a fix for this, I've tried rebooting WiFi router / Apple TV, also uninstalling and installing the sky go app nothing works.

I am having exactly the same issue, I've contacted sky and a card has been raised, apparently I should hear from them in the next 24 hrs..

Mine started working again at the weekend, I have not done anything at my end and I don't recall seeing any update in the app. Must be something Sky has done!! Would be interested to see what Sky tell you!
