Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOne thing to try (not sure if will help) is to uninstall the app, turn off all internet connections on your iPad then reboot it, install the Sky Go app again, turn on the internet connections and see what happens now.

Thank you for your response, I have tried everything you suggest, it happened a couple of months on sky cinema channels, almost all of them....gave up as it was driving me crazy and didn't try to watch movies anymore! Even though still paying for them! Now it has started happening on more sky channels ......sky please sort this issue..paying for service that I can't watch on my iPad Pro...

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
