Error when trying to access Sky Go PFE 9050

I am attempting to view sky Go on a laptop.

I get an error saying I am streaming to six devices which is not true as I rarely use Sky Go.

The error is "Your Sky Q box is already streaming to the maximum number of devices or we cannot currently connect to the stream."

Try disabling the connection to your Sky Q box from within the settings on the Sky Go app.

I got the same error, disconnected from Sky Q box (I do not have one any way) and still the same error message. I have only 2 devices on my account.
