Logging on to Sky Go on laptop and error code PFE 9303 is showing how do I solve this

If you are using a VPN and If sky go is started before the VPN connection is started it runs fine but you might get the error code if sky go is started after the VPN is already connected.

If this is the case then it appears to be sky's answer to watching sky go abroad through a vpn. As it will recognise that yo are ex uk on the first connection & tell you that sky go is only available un the uk.
