Error code PFE 9050-IH

Yesterday got this rrror code when trying to use Sky Go.  It says  I have already reached the max number   O DD streaming devices. I deleted the SKY app and re installed, still no access beyond the tv listings??

@Theobard 

Are you using a VPN, if so it will need disabling.

 

Also if your Sky Go app is connected to a Sky Q box see if it will work if you disable the connection.
