Error code PFE 9029 anyone know what it is??

On skygo when trying to watch Father Ted and only that programme so far error code PFE 9029 pops up. I cannot get an answer what this code means. Can anyone help??

Does it only happen on that episode of Father Ted or others that you have tried. Does rebooting your PC or Mac fix it ?

Hi I have tried rebooting skygo etc but it's weird because it is just on all Father Ted episodes. Not sure what's up with it.
