Error code 9

Hi I keep getting error code 9 when I try to watch sky on my iPad  via sky go app

 ive tried the advice of deleting/reinstalling the sky go app, turning my iPad on and off / disconnecting and reconnecting wifi etc - several times and nothing works - very frustrating - any ideas please ?

Do you have a VPN installed or are you using the private relay function perhaps ?

Now you have turned the VPN off @VS7 try deleting the app, rebooting your ipad then installing the Sky Go app again.
