Error code 50-2 on iPad trying to watch Cricket World Cup

Had this message today yet was watching SkyGo without issue every day this week. Have made no settings changes

Have you tried both Main Event (Channel 401) and the Cricket channel (404) ?

Yes I have tried both Sky channels showing the cricket and get the same message on each channel. Plus have tried other channels and receive the same error message
