Error code 3-22
For two weeks I have been unable to use Sky Go so basically paying for a service I cannot use on my phone. I keep getting error 3-22 sorry this item is no longer available to watch even during a live event. I have uninstall the app and reinstalled and tried various time wasting efforts to resolve but nothing works. No email facility appears to be available to report this for personal attention without boring everyone else with my problem. I assume the problem is with Sky if the recommended resolutions do not work.

Turn the Wi-Fi or data connection off on your device then delete the app and reboot your device. When it has loaded back up turn the Wi-Fi or data connection back on and install the app again.

Unfortunately that simply doesn't work for me. I have noticed I can't open some emails or attachments either so something is amiss.

Are you using wifi or mobile data ?

I use wi-fi but also tried mobile data and same result so nothing I have tried has worked.
