Discussion topic: Error code 1504 or 1304

I have downloaded the Sky Go App, but the error code (1504 or 1304) appears whenever I am trying to watch or download.

I have tried restarting my mac, reinstalling the Sky App but none of them are working.

Please help me as soon as possible.
