Error code 0-01

Sky go mobile app was working earlier but now all I get on every channel is error code 0-01. I've tried uninstalling it with no effect. I have tried the desktop app and I get error message 1404 again on every channel. 

 

None of the answers to previous users with this issue offer any practical help and I understand I need to be referred to tech team.

As you are a Virgin Media customer you will need to report this to them as the Sky Messaging team on here will be unable to access your account as you are not a customer of Sky.
