I keep getting the following message when trying to watch SkyGo on my laptop
"Error Code: PFE 9012 whilst watching Sky Go app"
I've followed the recommeneded advice of disconnecting the Sky Q box but to no avail. Ths is only a new occurrence. Does anyone else have any helpful advice? Near impossible to get a live agent.

Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present (it might not be) the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again via here:
https://www.sky.com/watch/sky-go/windows

Same issue but only with live channels, can watch box sets etc fine. Done a full uninstall and reinstall and deleted everything to no avail, any ideas?
EDIT: The cisco thing was the issue! Deleted that and all good.

The instructions sound great... any knowledge about resolving the same issue on a Mac? I am happy to delete the skygo app..... but reluctant to delete other files without some experienced advice first!

I just wanted to share that I also received this error code. Followed the instructions above and it works 😄 hopefully this comment may boost for anyone else with the same issue to give this resolution a go

Does anyone know how to overcome the same issue on a MacBook? Sky help line certainly doesn't.
I can connect to be Sky TV recordings and watch many channels - just not live Sports. Which is why I have Sky!
