I have suddenly started getting a message when trying to watch something on my SkyGo app using an Android phone, the massage alternates between "because of a technical issue you cannot watch this chanel". When trying to watch some other channels I get the message "SkyGo is having trouble connecting to the network. Error 403".
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and turned wifi off. I listen to SkyGo every evening, it worked ok last night. Can anyone assist please? Thanks in advance.
