Failing that can you connect to Wifi then turn it off and connect to mobile data ?

Mine is also not working, been the same since last week. Showing a range of error codes when accessing through mobile data but works fine on Wi-Fi.
has been showing a range of error codes such c17.2, saying device not authorised and others. These seem to almost constantly rotate. As I will try once, and try again in 2 minutes and the error code would have changed. Clearing cache, deleting app, resetting password and devices assigned to me account hasn't worked. Some further help would be appreciated otherwise we are getting into refund/cancel territory

Let them know what device you are using and the software it is running and as much details on the error(s).

Sky to on iphone 13- Works fine on wi fi - hotspot to ipad though phone (3) is amazing - Works over movile with a vpn.
so deleted sky go app and the vpn
turned off relay in icloud - redownloaded sky go - still exactly the same
oh yes aky news on sky go works over 4g/5g

it spins then firstly gives error message 10 numbers ending in 21
then try again and gives error message. (17c.2)

Hi again , Unfortunately its a 13 pro and only able to change 4 or 5 g. Which i have tried a few times

If I turn off 4g and change it to 3 g on my phone it works fine,all this started after last update. I have gone every thing advised on here but only above works
