Email / password did not match our records?
Hello.
I've used the Sky go app on my PS4 for over 2 years and I usually get logged out when it needs an update. I've updated the app but it no longer accepts my email and password and says it "does not match our records" which is impossible.
Can I please escalate this?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
