Disgusted with sky record

I had worked today and avoided the whole of the cricket on day 5. I purposely used sky go app to record the highlights so I could avoid finding the score excitedly I put on what I'd recorded this evening,  not realising I'd recorded some (removed) documentary, which started with a 30 second montage of Australia winning. It was still labelled day 5 highlights which had given the result away in thirty seconds before some interview about historic cricket. Sky record is (removed) and this isnt the first time I've been let down (removed) despite paying over 100 pound a month. Pathetic service, rubbish product. Give a (removed) about your customers sky (removed)
