Device PIN set up!!

I have looked online & the device PIN should be the same as the PIN do my sky Q box but it tells me it's not the right PIN. I don't remember setting up a PIN do my phone and all the links don't give me an option to set up a PIN for my phone. I want to watch movies on my phone but due to this issue I can't! Is there an actual way to set this up?

As you had posted this in the Sky Protect (insurance) forum I presume you are using the Sky Go app, if so the pin for Sky Go can be setup here:
